What is Duggal Diving?
I’m Mudit Duggal, my journey started with growing up in a desert area with no body of water in sight and suddenly I found myself in Europe in my 20’s which made me fall madly in love with scuba diving and the ocean. From there on out I knew I was destined for it and determined to pursue it as a career, and that led me to the creation of Duggal Diving in 2016.
In 2013, I started my first course of professional scuba diving education in California, and ultimately, I rose the ranks to become an IDC Staff Instructor certified by PADI and trained/licensed to teach various courses such as open water scuba diving, advanced open water diving, wreck diving, night diving, deep-sea diving, and underwater photography.
My passion for scuba diving lead me to want to help people overcome their fears and form a close relationship with them based on the one thing we got in common which is our love for the exploration of the ocean, and thanks to my wide experience internationally, project management skills and ability to customize specific courses targeted towards families, students and the Bay area professionals, I can aid anyone no matter where they're from or how fast or slow pace their learning can be.
Here at Duggal Diving, we make continuous efforts to provide an outstanding experience coupled with the critical skills needed for underwater exploration. We value the ocean and its mesmerizing creatures, and we are always working on offering the highest quality at every opportunity.
I usually teach at Diver Dan's in Santa Clara, CA with the open water part of the class in Monterey/Carmel, and also offer underwater scuba tours in Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, and Lake Tahoe.
Special discounts for US military members, veterans, law enforcement officers or health care workers are offered. Make sure to inform us via email if you qualify for a discount.

Experience scuba
We help people familiarize with the surroundings underwater. If you are scared but still wish to learn and become a PADI certified diver then trust us. Enroll yourself in our scuba diving program. It will not only boost your confidence but will also help you learn the tricks and skills required to function under the water.
We also train our team regarding different safety procedures and how to use equipment in case of an emergency or a general hazard.
Our instructors have the required certification by PADI. The certifications are issued after the organization feels that an individual is trained enough to teach and demonstrate the underwater skills effectively.
